• Room Bookings: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. 3-7 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: No refund.

• Food Orders: 24 hours in advance for large orders, though same-day orders are often possible
• Travel Packages: 1-2 months in advance, especially during peak season or festival times
• Room Bookings: 2-4 weeks in advance for regular periods, and 2-3 months for festival seasons

Yes, you can modify your booking subject to availability and the following conditions:

• Food Orders: Modifications can be made up to 4 hours before the delivery time
• Travel Packages: Minor modifications are possible up to 15 days before departure. Major changes may incur additional charges.
• Room Bookings: Date changes are possible up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
