Refund Policy
We Care About Your Satisfaction
At Kaibalya, we prioritize your experience. However, due to the nature of our services, certain refund conditions apply:
Food Orders:
- Non-refundable once prepared or dispatched.
- If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery for resolution or partial credit.
Travel Bookings:
- Refunds for travel packages depend on the tour provider’s cancellation policy.
- For cancellations made 7 days prior to departure, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be issued.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the journey.
Stay Bookings:
- Cancellations made 3 days before the check-in date are eligible for an 80% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations on the day of check-in are non-refundable.
